HOPE CHANNEL EXTENDS SUPPORT TO TÜRKIYE AND SYRIA

Feb 13, 2023, 8:51 PM

Hope Channel International is saddened to witness the devastation caused by the recent earthquake in Türkiye and Syria. We pray that God will comfort families who have lost loved ones and encourage those still searching for family members, relatives, and friends who have not yet been found.

We will have special prayers on upcoming episodes of our program, “Let’s Pray”.

President of Hope Channel International, Derek Morris, remarked that “In Matthew 24, Jesus prophesied ‘earthquakes in diverse places’ as the beginning of sorrows.”

“It’s true, there have been earthquakes for millennia, but it seems that they are becoming ever more deadly,” he stated. “As a global evangelistic media network, we pray for the families in Türkiye and Syria, especially those who have lost loved ones.”

“How we all long for the day when God will wipe away all tears from our eyes, and there will be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, and there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away,” President Morris emphasized.

We at Hope Channel International invite you to join us as we continue to our uplift our thoughts and prayers to God on behalf of the victims of the earthquake in Türkiye and Syria.

As Seventh-day Adventists, we look forward to the day promised in Revelation 21:4,  which says, “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (NIV)
